• Police attack protest in Van against racist attack in Konya 

  Turkish police in Van attacked a protest by political and civil society organizations against the racist attack on a Kurdish family in Konya that left seven dead. At least five people were detained.
• KCK calls for action against KDP’s attacks on guerrilla areas 

  KCK calls on the KDP to refrain from enforcing a war against the guerrilla, to withdraw its military forces from the surrounding areas of the guerrilla and to make efforts for a democratic solution of the Kurdish question in North Kurdistan.

  The number of people arrested in connection with the explosion of a military truck in Gever has increased to seven. According to reports, those arrested are being mistreated in the gendarmerie command.
• Turkey builds wall at the scene of the “33-bullet massacre” 

  It has been 78 years since the “33-bullet massacre” in Van's Özalp district.The Turkish state, which murdered 33 Kurdish villagers to cut off communication between Rojhilat and Bakur Kurds, is now erecting a wall at the border where the massacre occurred.
