Commander of Ninowa Operation Abdulemir Rashid Yarela issued a written statement today and announced that the Iraqi army has taken back the second bridge called Hûrye, and the governorate and assembly buildings in Mosul city center from ISIS.

The Iraqi army recently stated that its forces had liberated several neighborhoods in northern and eastern Mosul, and reached the Tigris river that runs through the city.
