  YPG General Command sent 2 letters to the ISSG Ceasefire Task Force in Syria regarding two recent attacks.
• Minbic military assembly established 

  Ednan Ebû Emced was elected as the commander of the military assembly whose establishment was announced on Tişrîn Dam. The assembly has 13 members.
