The Peoples' Democratic Party (HDP) which holds the strongest representation of women's identity in Turkey has once again proved itself as the party of women. Receiving nearly 6 million votes across Turkey and North Kurdistan, HDP will have around 80 seats in the parliament, 40 percent of which is made up by women.

Advocating gender equality and implementing co-presidency system, HDP takes an active place in many areas of politics.

The party led by women has destroyed the 10 percent election threshold in a remarkable victory for peace and freedom.
