YPJ fighters said the Rojava Revolution has become a revolution for all peoples of the world.
YPJ fighters who spoke to the ANF emphasized that the Rojava Revolution had become a revolution for all peoples in the world and said it also led to important developments for the unity of the Kurdish people.
Saying that the Rojava Revolution has shown a free life can only be lived in a free country, the YPJ fighters underlined that the free and new life showed the whole world that all peoples, languages and religions can and will live together.
Avaşin Kobanê said she saluted the esteemed martyrs who made it possible for the revolution to be successful with their sacrifice and said they will always remain loyal to their memory.
“These gains that have been achieved through great resistance show how selflessly the Rojava revolution was achieved in the Kobanê resistance and the soul that emerged from it,” said Avaşin Kobanê and pointed out that during the days when Turkish President Tayyip Erdoğan was saying Kobanê was “about to fall”, the YPG/YPJ forces showed great resistance along with people of different faiths and ethnicities and achieved the Kobanê victory.
Avaşin Kobanê said the people of Bakurê Kurdistan had given the Kobanê resistance life as they protested for days on the borders and transcending them and added: “One of the reasons why Kobanê never fell is the valiance of the Bakurê Kurdistani youth.”
Avaşin Kobanê said the Grê Spî victory also elevated the gains in Rojava and added that the ISIS gangs attacking Rojava were supported by the Turkish state, the AKP government and many other external forces.
'THE ROJAVA REVOLUTION IS A CONTINUATION OF THE JULY 14 SPIRIT'
YPJ fighter Hesret Xebat said the Rojava Revolution was created despite the ISIS gangs and all anti-progressive forces and that these forces wanted to rob the Kurds of their will in Rojava.
Hesret Xebat underlined that the people of Rojava had suffered many great massacres and still were under threat of more, and said the YPG/YPJ forces showed great resistance against these forces.
“The spirit of the July 19 Rojava Revolution is that of Kemal’s, that of Hayri’s, who didn’t bow down to the enemy with their great death fast in the Amed dungeon in July 14, 1982,” said Xebat and emphasized that these two spirits were one.
Hesret Xebat said the gang attacks on Rojava still continued and that the YPG/YPJ showed great resistance and achieved important results in the face of each of these attacks.
“As a YPJ fighter I salute these resistances and victories once more,” said Hesret Xebat and underlined that the victories and the resistances have shown that the Kurds have now become a great will in the Rojava Kurdistan and are now a people who can defend themselves.
Hesret Xebat said this will was the will of Martyr Zehra’s, Martyr Arin’s and saluted the July 19 Rojava Revolution once more and wished victory to YPG/YPJ forces.
'THE ROJAVA REVOLUTION WAS LED BY WOMEN'
Another YPJ fighter, Sarya Kobanê, said the Rojava Revolution had an important place for all of humanity and July 19 was a holy day for all the peoples in the world.
Sarya Kobanê expressed that the Turkish state supported ISIS, Al Nusra, Ahrar Al Sham and other gang groups to break the Rojava Revolution, and that the Turkish state tried to make the gangs attack Kobanê in a psychological war to break the will of all Kurds, but the Kobanê resistance voided all the efforts of the Turkish state.
Sarya Kobanê said the Rojava Revolution showed that a free life can only be achieved in a free country, and that the revolution showed the whole world that different peoples, languages and religions can in fact live together.
Sarya Kobanê concluded with saying that women had an important role in every step of the Rojava Revolution and that women’s resistance shone through in Martyr Arin who became a symbol of women’s resistance herself.
