Hesekê People's Municipality Women's Office opened a sewing workshop named Inanna in the neighborhood of Neşwa as part of the activities for 8 March, International Women's Day activities.

The textile workshop was opened with a celebration attended by dozens of women. Speaking at the event, Hesekê Municipality Women's Office member Reşa ​​Remo celebrated women all over the world and stated that the workshop was opened with the slogan "We are building a democratic Syria with the philosophy of Jin, jiyan, azadî" to support women and give them rights.

Remo said that Inanna Textile Workshop was opened for the development of women's economy and added: "We will expand this workshop even more with our work and efforts."

The Inanna Textile Workshop will be open every day except Friday between 08:00 - 15:00. There are 3 sewing machines in the workshop.
