TJK-E Member Gülhatun Kara released on parole

TJK-E member Gülhatun Kara, who was detained in France as part of an investigation launched in 2019 upon the request of Germany, was conditionally released by the court.

Gülhatun Kara, a member of the Kurdish Women's Movement in Europe (TJK-E), who was arrested on Thursday, was released on judicial control conditions on Wednesday.

The court also ordered Gülhatun Kara to sign in two days a week.

Gülhatun Kara's next hearing will be held on 3 July.

Gülhatun Kara, a member of TJK-E, has been continuously working on raising awareness of women since the 90s.
