On 29 June, the Movement of Militant Young Women (TekoJIN) will organize a women's conference in Kassel. The conference will take place under the motto "Jin Jiyan Azadî - Ser Bixe Azadî" (Women, Life, Freedom - Freedom will win).

TekoJin invited women and girls to attend the conference, saying: "We, TekoJIN Germany, invite women to our first Germany-wide conference! As young women in the diaspora, we are confronted with attacks from capitalist modernity. We live a standard life that only consists of work, school or university. The sexist and capitalist system keeps trying to attack our identity as young women and alienate us from our self (Xwebûn), but we say: enough is enough."

“Come, let's talk together”

The statement referred to the avant-garde role of young women: "It is our task to change this society. Rêber Apo's [Abdullah Öcalan] ideology of women's liberation has spread all over the world with the slogan 'Jin Jiyan Azadî'. Let us continue the struggle in this spirit. We can do this with our organization and self-defense. That is why we invite all young women who want freedom to our conference on 29 June in Kassel. Let us talk together at the conference and play a leading role in this historical process with a strong perspective."
