After the liberation of their villages from the Syrian regime, young people from the seven newly freed villages in the countryside of Deir ez-Zor took the initiative to join the ranks of the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF).
The people of these villages reaffirmed their support for the SDF and expressed their solidarity with its inclusive project, which represents all components of the region without exclusion. They emphasized that the SDF had not only liberated their areas but also maintained civil peace, which encouraged them to enlist.
Yasser Mahdi Al-Turki, an administrator in the Recruiting Office, stated that young people from the seven villages are continuously and actively joining the SDF. He noted that the office ensures a thorough recruitment process, including verifying documents, completing procedural requirements, and conducting medical examinations to assess the health status of new recruits.
Once enlisted, the recruits are transferred to military academies, where they receive political and intellectual training alongside military training. After completing their training, they are assigned to brigades and military regiments, where they play a vital role in protecting their region and ensuring its security and stability.
