North-East Syrian youth vows to resist Turkish attacks

The Syrian Revolutionary Youth Movement and Afrin Young Women's Union vowed to resist the attacks of the Turkish state and its mercenaries against North-East Syria to the end.

The Syrian Revolutionary Youth Movement and the Afrin Young Women's Union made a statement to protest the invading Turkish state's threats against Til Rifet.

Dozens of young people participated in the press statement in the Veger Camp in the Ziyaret village of Sherewa district in Afrin Canton.

Ciwan Mistefa, a member of the Afrin Canton Revolutionary Youth Movement, read out the statement.

“As of the beginning of 2022, the outstanding resistance of the guerrillas in Zap, Avaşin and Metina has frustrated the plans of the invading Turkish state. The guerrillas have dealt heavy blows to the Turkish forces. However, the invading Turkish state wants to conceal its defeat in the mountains of Kurdistan by attacking and besieging North and East Syria,” the statement said.

“We will do our duty to protect our land and not allow enemy forces to invade our land. We will fight to the last drop of our blood.”
