Due to the conditions in Afrin and Sheba cantons, fuel shortages and the stoppage of vehicles, the Education and Learning Board of Afrin and Sheba Autonomous Administration decided to suspend educational activities in all schools in the region.
According to ANHA (Hawar News Agency), 68 schools in the region and Martyr Viyan Amara High School were closed, leaving 14,500 students deprived of education.
