Thousands of youths staged a march in Qamishlo city of Rojava to mark the 5th anniversary of July 19 Rojava Revolution.

Youths gathered at Qamishlo's Osman Sebrî Boulevard and marched with flags of YCR (Rojava Youth Union) and images of Kurdish People's Leader Abdullah Öcalan. During the march through the busiest streets of the city, youths chanted slogans celebrating July 19 Revolution and condemning the invasion attacks of the Turkish state.

Kurdish Students Movement member Ebas Hesen held a speech at the Qamishlo Boulevard where the march ended, and stated that July 19 Revolution was the birth of all the peoples in the Middle East, and their freedom.

Hesen underlined that youths will fight against the forces that attack the will of peoples with their pens and arms.

Following the speech, the march ended with slogans saluting the revolution.
