The Turkish state bombed a market in the city center of Sirrin with a drone, killing at least 6 people, according to initial reports. Many other civilians were injured.
Reports coming through in the evening said that the number of those killed had risen to 12. The number of injured is 13.
Attacks on the Euphrates Canton continue
The Turkish army and its proxies attacked the village of Sefawiyê, located east of Ain Issa, with artillery and heavy weapons.
The town of Silûk in the Euphrates Canton and the villages of Tirwaziyê and Um-el Beramil, Muxtal, Hêwîce and Hemid to the south were also targeted by heavy artillery fire.
