Representatives of the Yazidi women's movement TAJÊ and the People's Councils in Shengal issued a statement on the attacks in front of a residential building bombed last night. TAJÊ representative Nazê Sado said: "We condemn the governments of Iraq and the Kurdistan Region for not preventing these attacks. It is claimed that military targets were attacked, but this was a civilian house. A mother and her children were targeted. We condemn the Iraqi Prime Minister who does not protect Iraq and the Yazidi people. The Yazidi people will not bow to the attacks carried out by the Turkish state as long as they exist in this world. Even if they drop thousands of bombs on us, we will not surrender."
