Bozan added: "We have to assume that a trustee has been appointed de facto. No one is allowed to enter the municipality. For example, even citizens who want to pay their taxes cannot enter the municipality right now. There was a municipal council meeting on Friday, so the councillors, naturally, wanted to enter the municipality, but they were not allowed. We will remain in front of the municipality.
