In Paris, 10 more people were detained in house raids targeting Kurds.
According to the information received, Kurdish patriots in central Paris and the suburbs of Drancy and Villiers-le-Bel were targeted by police raids.
10 Kurds were detained in the raids on the morning of 15 May.
It is learned that the tension at Roissy-Charles-de-Gaulle airport at the end of March while trying to prevent the deportation of a Kurdish refugee from France was used as a reason for detentions.
About thirty people protested on 27 March at Roissy terminal 1 against the deportation of a Kurdish refugee, who had been summarily deported despite intense protests and the common knowledge that he would be arrested in Turkey. There was tension due to the violent intervention of the police against the protesters.
It was reported that around 50 police officers participated in the detention operation in and around Paris. Bobigny prosecutor's office referred the investigation to the border police.
