Commenting on the PKK's decision to disband and disarm, guerrilla fighters said that they do not view disarmament as surrender, but rather as a more comprehensive struggle, and that it is thanks to the PKK's struggle that peace is being discussed today.
As Turkey's attacks on guerrilla areas continue, two guerrilla fighters have been martyred in the latest attacks that are concentrated in Zap and Metîna regions. Guerrillas are responding to the attacks within the framework of legitimate self-defense.
