Hakkari Governor bans entry and exit to 12 areas
The Turkish state has declared 12 areas “special security zones" in Hakkari thus banning entry and exit to them until the end of the year.
Arbitrary and systematic entry and exit bans continue to be extended automatically by the State in many cities in Kurdistan.
Hakkari Governor declared 12 areas in Çukurca, Yüksekova and Şemdinli districts "special security zones" and has banned entry and exit to them till the end of the year.
