Iraqi police raided the village of Tepsewz in the Tuz Khurmatu district of Kirkuk this morning, arresting five Kurdish youngsters. The raid reportedly took place following complaints from Arab farmers.
Village representative Ahmed Cume told Rojnews that police forces tortured villagers during the raid.
Following the incident, Kurdish farmers filed official complaints against the security forces. No information has been provided about the fate of those detained. It is also unknown what charges they are facing.
