Turkish fighter jets bomb Medya Defense Zones

HPG-BIM reported that the invading Turkish army carried out air strikes against Medya Defense Zones.

In a written statement, the the People’s Defense Forces Press Liaison Center (HPG-BIM) stated that the invading Turkish army bombed the Medya Defense Zones on December 5, 6, 7 and 9. HPG-BIM noted that there was no loss of life in the attacks.

"The invading Turkish army carried out air strikes against Medya Defense Zones. The Turkish press claimed that we suffered a loss of lives. However, their reports are fake news as we have no loss of lives anywhere as a result of the attacks", HPG-BIM said.

Details of the attacks are as follows:

- On December 5, at 13:30, the Ga Valley in the Meyrokê area of ​​the Garê region was bombed by fighter jets.

- On December 5, at 13:15 and 17:30, the Zendura area of ​​the Metina region was bombed by fighter jets.

- On December 6, at 13:30, the outskirts of Bêbadê village in the Garê region was bombed by fighter jets.

- On December 6, at 21:15, the outskirts of Banikê Village in the Heftanîn region were bombed by fighter jets.

- On December 7, between 13:30 and 14:30, Hill Hakkari area and the outskirts of Beşiri village of the Metina region were bombed by fighter jets.

- On December 7, at 14:00, the outskirts of Sîtê village in the Kurojahro area of ​​the Zap region was bombed by fighter jets.

- On December 9, at 23:30, the slopes of Çiyayê Reş were bombed by fighter jets.

- On December 9, at 13:10, the Kunîşka area of ​​the Zap region and the Sîda area at 14:15 were bombed by fighter jets: "
