Turkish army launches operation in Amed countryside
The operation is carried out in the triangle area in Amed’s Lice and Kulp districts and Bingöl’s Genç district.
The Turkish army has launched a military operation in the area between the village of Yalımlı (Xosor) in Amed’s Lice district and the village of Sağgöze (Riz) in Bingöl’s Genç district early Sunday morning.
Attack helicopters have bombarded the Riz region and the operation is reported to be continuing.
