Police shot at a car that disobeyed a stop warning while on its way from Urfa's Akçakale to Suruç district earlier this evening.

Continued gunfire by police resulted in a clash, after which three people in the car got out of the car and fled from the scene, while one other stayed inside. The car exploded afterwards, leaving the person inside, reportedly a woman, dead.

Three other people were taken into custody while trying to flee from the area.
