YJA Star guerrilla Nuruhan Dündar (Göksun) joined the guerrilla ranks during the Revolutionary People's War in 2012.

Dündar studied Kurdish people's leader Abdullah Öcalan's free woman philosophy and became an example to her comrades, a leading guerrilla and commander throughout her life in the guerrilla.

Fulfilling all the tasks she has undertaken with great responsibility and determination, Dündar is also a response to society's approach to women.

Botan, where the first female guerrilla units were established, was something very different for her.

In the Botan mountains, where the greatest struggles were waged, women guerrillas faced great difficulties, and fought relentlessly against the deepest feudal approaches.

Guerilla Göksun went to Botan in 2016. She fought in Herekol Mountains until the last moment. She fell martyr in 2019.
