Families of guerrillas protest at border against KDP betrayal

Families of guerrillas in Rojava flocked to the border to protest the attacks against guerrillas in Southern Kurdistan.

The attack of KDP forces against HPG guerrillas was protested in the Sêmalka region of Rojava.

Families of guerrillas from Rojava organized a rally along the Sêmalka border with the motto "Bijî berxwedana gerîla, bimire xiyanet" (Long live the guerrilla resistance, death to betrayal). The demonstrators carried banners as well as posters of Kurdish People's Leader Abdullah Öcalan.

"WE SUPPORT THE GUERILLAS TO THE END"

One of the participants in the action, Xece Ebdullah, pointed to the schemes seeking to play the Kurds against each other and said, "They are attacking the guerrilla and they want to do it again through the Kurds themselves. We are here today against this. Those who want to oppose the guerrilla resistance betray this people. We will support the guerrilla resistance until the end."

Xalimê Hiseyin from Afrin said, "Our children are fighting for Kurdistan. But those who are disturbed by this are trying to fulfill their goals by starting a Birakûji (fratricidal war). Everyone should act  with awareness against the dirty plans."
