Couple Mahmut and Selamet Şahin, who live on Yayla Street in Cudi neighborhood hadn't been heard from for the past 4 days. Their neighbors have managed to enter their house this morning to see that both had been murdered. Bodies have been taken to Cizre State Hospital.
In the meantime, state forces continue raiding and conducting searches in houses in Nur neighborhood. Police and soldiers are forcing the residents to sign a "Our house wasn't damaged" paper as they leave houses after a very detailed search.
On the other hand, some houses in the besieged area have been set on fire, while sounds of continuous explosions and gunshots are being heard from both Nur and Cudi neighborhoods.
According to reports, YPS units of self-defense are strongly responding to state forces that continue making an effort to make advance into the neighborhoods.
