Ceasefire in Hesekê

A ceasefire has been declared in Hesekê city of Rojava, West Kurdistan, in the wake of clashes ongoing for seven uninterrupted days.

A ceasefire has been declared in Hesekê city of Rojava, West Kurdistan, in the wake of clashes between YPG/YPJ/HPC/Asayish and Ba'ath regime forces/paramilitary gangs/Iranian soldiers/Hezbollah members ongoing for seven uninterrupted days.

The ceasefire was declared at 02:00 last night upon a demand and request from opinion leaders, tribe leaders in Hesekê and some countries.

The ceasefire was accepted on condition that regime forces and affiliated gang groups leave the city and the control of entire city is held by Rojava Asayish forces.
