Turkish police forces carried out raids on several houses on the pretext of the armed attack that targeted a soldier, specialized sergeant Bilal Dicle in front of his house in Yenişehir district of Amed on October 23.

At least 17 people have been taken into custody in Şehitlik and Benusen neighborhoods Wednesday morning. The number of detainees is expected to increase.
