• MAK says it carried out action against police headquarters in Nusaybin 

  The Kurdistan Freedom Militia announced that they carried out an action with handmade explosives against the district police headquarters in Nusaybin in retaliation for the isolation and military and political genocide imposed by the Turkish state.
• HPG warns village guards against participation in Turkey’s invasion of guerrilla areas 

  HPG issued a warning to village guards not to take part in the planned large-scale invasion of the Medya Defence Zones, stating: “Those who betray their own people will sooner or later be brought to account.”
• Military operation launched in Van countryside 

  The Turkish army launched an extensive military operation in Zilan Creek in Van province.
• Footage of guerrilla action in Zap 

  Gerîla TV published another footage of the ongoing resistance against the Turkish occupation forces in guerrilla-held Medya Defense Zones in southern Kurdistan (northern Iraq).
• Turkish army launches comprehensive attack in Lice countryside 

  The occupying Turkish state launched a comprehensive military attack against Şehîd Remzi Area in Lice. Local sources report violent explosions and gunshots from the area.
• PUK: KDP is preventing the elections but they will be held sooner or later! 

  PUK Spokesperson Saeed Ahmed Pîre stated that the KDP is preventing the Kurdistan Region Parliament elections from being held.
• PKK: KDP administration and Barzani family have taken betrayal to the next level 

  Stating that the KDP and the Barzani family have taken the betrayal with the Turkish Republic to the next level, the PKK Foreign Relations Committee called for opposing the KDP's betrayal and co-operation with the Turkish Republic.
• Van under siege by the police and military 

  Public life in Van has been paralysed by a large contingent of "security forces" since the local elections. Emergency forces with water cannons are positioned on all major streets. Police helicopters circle over the city day and night.

  Guerrillas Mervan Zêrevan and Tufan Koçer were killed by Turkish occupying forces in Xakurke. The HPG praised them as "exemplary representatives of the PKK’s militancy."

  PUK Spokesperson Seedi Ahmet Pire stated that Masrour Barzani, the head of the Kurdistan Region government, encouraged the Turkish state to attack the city of Sulaymaniyah instead of protecting it.
• 21 of the 55 people detained in Van remanded in custody 

  21 of 55 people detained in house raids in Van on 13 May were imprisoned, while the rest were released on "judicial control conditions".

• YRK: Turkish state carried out UCAV attack in Pênciwen
