Weapons seized by the guerrilla from the Turkish army in Tendürek

Guerrilla forces dealt heavy blows to the Turkish army in Tendürek Mountains and seized a large amount of weapons and military equipment.

 A large amount of weapons and ammunition was seized from the Turkish army forces who experienced a heavy defeat against the guerrilla forces in Ağrı’s Tendürek Mountain. The guerrillas in Tendürek announced a list of seized weapons.

The list of seized weapons in the footage obtained by the ANF is as follows:

- One Russian made BKC machine gun

- ASELSAN made adapter unit for night-day vision binoculars and thermal camera, serial no: P/N 10061554

- 4 strips for the weapon (2 100-bullet ammunition belts, 2 50-bullet ammunition belts)

- Large amounts of bullets

- MKE Silahsan made 40 mm X46 grenade thrower, serial no: T0624

- 6 grenades for the weapon

- Hybrid infantry weapon HK33E/A3, serial no: T0624-03 and clips and bullets for the weapon

- ASELSAN made thermal camera, serial no: TU1335 

- Adapter serial no: P/N 10026199 for the thermal camera

- Thermal camera battery

- Sleeping bags, coats, raincoats and military clothes seized from soldiers of Tokat Gendarmerie Commando Brigade Command

HPG Press Office had announced the death of 45 soldiers as part of the Martyr Argeş and Martyr Eylem Revolutionary Campaign against the Turkish army in Tendürek on May 23. 

One Cobra type helicopter had been damaged in the same campaign. 

Turkish Interior Minister Süleyman Soylu had announced that they seized weapons from PKK members after the clashes, but the footage shows the opposite.
