Citing a source from the village of Korkan a Jorin in Afrin’s Rajo district, ANHA news agency reported that lifeless body of an unidentified woman in her 30’s has been found this morning. The woman had marks of torture on her body and she was reportedly strangled.

Villagers told that they heard screams of a woman last night, but couldn’t move towards the scene out of fear. Villagers suspect that the woman might have been tortured and then killed by the invading forces in Afrin.
