Woman executed in a building after detention by state forces in Cizre

It has been reported that a woman was executed after being taken into custody in Şırnak's Cizre district 2 days ago.

In Cizre district where a state of siege continues for over two months despite the recent announcement that operations have ended, it has been reported that a woman was executed after being taken into custody 2 days ago. Blood stains and a woman trousers have been encountered in the building where the woman is reported to have been killed.

According to eyewitnesses, state forces detained a woman who had taken shelter in the basement of a building on Yakışan Street of Şah neighborhood two days ago. Turkish security members later took the woman to a building under construction where she was reportedly killed. After the execution, her body was thrown on a street in Cudi neighborhood. Eyewitnesses also told that the woman's body was later retrieved from the neighborhood alongside the corpses of those massacred in basements, which were all taken to hospital from there.

Upon the remarks of witnesses, several people went to the mentioned building where the execution had reportedly taken place. The group encountered evidences of the murder including a pool of blood and a woman's trousers in the first floor of the building.
