“We ask the government to accept the demands of Güven and her friends. The isolation on Öcalan should be removed as soon as possible.”

‘We want freedom to achieve peace’

Isolation is a crime against humanity, the statement said, adding: “Öcalan means peace for the Middle East, and he is now under heavy isolation. Isolation must be lifted to achieve peace.”

The National Swiss Women's Strike Coordination ended its statement by saying: “Leyla became a symbol of peace, we women are Leyla's voice, we want freedom to achieve peace.”
