Leyla Guven's hunger strike to protest the aggravated isolation of the Kurdish People’s Leader, Abdullah Ocalan, has entered its 74th day. The Mothers of Peace in Rojhilat, East Kurdistan, yesterday gathered at a ceremony and announced their solidarity with the indefinite hunger strike by Leyla Guven and other hunger strikers in Kurdistan and abroad.

The ceremony began with a minute of silence in commemoration of the martyrs.

In a statement, the Mothers of Peace in Rojhilat condemned the isolation imposed on Abdullah Ocalan by the fascist Turkish regime.

The statement also expressed solidarity and support with the hunger strike campaign led by the co-chair of the DTK and MP for HDP, Leyla Guven, and other hunger strikers in Kurdistan and abroad.
