New education cycle of KPCD ends in Aleppo

The KPCD training for teachers ended in Aleppo's Sheikh Maqsoud neighborhood.

One of the pillars of the Democratic Nation model is education.

Great efforts have been done to ensure children within the Northern Syria Federation and Rojava receive the best education, inspired by the principles of the Democratic Nation.

One of the main features of the Democratic Nation model is to be inclusive and therefore securing that children are educated in their mother tongue as well as in the other languages spoken in the region, thus not to exclude anyone and indeed promote co-existence and mutual respect.

For the education to succeed there is a need for prepared and skilled teachers, which is why the Democratic Society Education Committee (KPCD) provides special training for teachers.

A new training session has ended in Aleppo, in the Sheikh Maqsoud neighborhood and was attended by 20 teachers.

The Democratic Society Education Committee in the Aleppo's neighborhood had begun its training some 20 days ago. The course had been called Martyr Ruken Amed.

Teachers were given pedagogy and communication lessons, before being examined.
