Ambulance hits ISIS mine in Deir ez-Zor: Two killed

An ambulance hit ISIS mine Tuesday in Deir ez-Zor on Tuesday morning. Two YPG members were killed in the blast.

Two military health personnel were killed as an ISIS mine hit an ambulance in Deir ez-Zor on Tuesday.

The ambulance was transferring a 14-year-old civilian, who was shot while trying to escape ISIS-controlled areas, to the field hospital.

People’s Protection Units (YPG) stated that the two were its members. Another YPG member was wounded in the blast.

The wounded civilian is now being treated at the hospital and has no life-threatening injuries, hospital sources say.
