Ehmed Silêman, a member of the Rojava Kurdish Negotiation Delegation, emphasized that the primary goal of the Rojava Kurdish delegation is to secure constitutional rights within the framework of a democratic, decentralized Syria.
Aldar Xelîl said that their demand for a decentralized system is not only for the Kurds, but for all of Syria.
HTS is imposing a sharia regime, silencing the population through sectarian policies, and targeting women and minorities.
Alawite citizens who fled the massacres in coastal regions of Syria and sought refuge in the Autonomous Administration areas told ANF of the atrocities they experienced.

Abductee found dead in Afrin
The body of Reşîd Hemîd Xelîl has been found with torture marks on it on a street in Shera district in Afrin. Xelîl had been kidnapped with his son and another civilian by Turkish-backed jihadists.

Explosion in Til Temir
In the northern Syrian district town of Til Temir, a motorcycle loaded with an explosive device exploded. There were no deaths or injuries as result of the explosion.

670 bodies recovered from the largest mass grave in Raqqa
From the mass grave discovered in January in a suburb of the northern Syrian city of Raqqa, the remains of another 670 ISIS victims have been recovered. The bodies of some missing foreigners are suspected to be in the mass grave.
