Turkey attacks Manbij and al-Bab

The Turkish state continues its attacks across North and East Syria.

Manbij Military Council Press Center announced in a written statement that the Turkish state forces launched attacks from its military base in Şex Nasir at about 23.00 local time on Tuesday. The attack targeted the villages of Al-Seyada and Yalinli in the northwest of Manbij and the Erima town in the east of al-Bab.

The response by al-Bab Military Council Forces resulted in an armed confrontation in which heavy and medium weapons were used. The “Euphrates Shield” gangs then targeted the villages of Kur Hedok, Kawukli and Al-Buweyhec in the east of al-Bab, the statement said.

After ISIS gangs attacked the Sinaa Prison in Heseke on 20 January, the Turkish state targeted a vehicle of Til Temir Military Council, which was on its way to Heseke to support Internal Security Forces and Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF).

The Turkish state bombed a vehicle of the Shengal Resistance Units (YBŞ) on the same day, and bombarded Ain Issa on 22 January. The SDF repulsed the attacks carried out by the Turkish state and its mercenary gangs against Ain Issa.
