SDF fighters down a Turkish drone east of Ain Issa

Turkish drones are constantly violating the air space of North-East Syria, committing several massacres against innocent civilians.

Fighters of the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) downed a drone belonging to the Turkish occupying army, east of Ain Issa this morning.

“Egîd Gri Spi, one of our brave fighters, said that the downed drone was hovering above the region and targeting the civilians and their properties daily,” said the statement by SDF Press Office.

The SDF fighter noted that before shooting down the drone, the Turkish occupying army intensively shelled the region using heavy artillery.

He underscored that the SDF is staying vigilant and ready to protect all regions of North-East Syria against all kinds of aggressions.

“It is noteworthy that Turkish drones are constantly violating the air space of North-East Syria, committing several massacres against innocent civilians,” the SDF statement added.
