Iran's Health Ministry said at least 627 people were killed and 4,870 injured in attacks carried out by Israel over the past 12 days.

Accordingly, 86.1% of the victims lost their lives at the site of the attacks, while 13.9% died on their way to the hospital or upon arrival. Among those killed were 35 Iranian soldiers and commanders. The ministry also highlighted the severity of the destruction caused by the explosions, debris, and fires.
On the other hand, 500 settlements were severely damaged, and 120 buildings were completely destroyed as a result of the attacks, which also targeted civilian areas.
