The Peoples' Democratic Assembly of the Democratic Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria convened an extraordinary meeting and made decisions on the latest developments.
The Peoples' Democratic Assembly of the Democratic Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria convened today with an extraordinary agenda in light of the latest developments in Syria and their effects on North and East Syria.
According to a statement published on the website of the Autonomous Administration, the developments in the region were evaluated and planning was made for the implementation of the announced mobilisation.
As a result of the assessments, the following decisions were taken:
- The Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) should be supported in the conduct of the general mobilisation.
- Mass meetings will be organised to evaluate the political developments and draw attention to the special war against North and East Syria.
- Preparations should be made for a possible attack on North and East Syria.
- Emergency committees should be established in all towns, cities and cantons in the region.
- The HPC defence committees in towns, cities and cantons should be strengthened and supported.
- Emergency committees should be activated at border crossings to welcome refugees from other parts of Syria.
