Kurds and allies came together in front of the Norwegian Foreign Ministry at 11.00 today and condemned the extradition of Taşdemir to the Turkish state. Norwegian Women’s Movement Kvinnenfronten and antifascist organization Motmakten also participated in the demonstration.

In a speech given in the name of the Norwegian Kurdish youth organization Ungkurd, the speaker said Norway is responsible for the safety of Taşdemir and that the deportation is an unacceptable violation of human rights.

In the speech for the Oslo Kurdish Popular Assembly, the speaker said they condemn the extradition to Turkey and that they will be following up on the matter.
