HAMBURG
Newroz was celebrated with a torchlight march in Hamburg.

Hundreds of Kurds and their friends attended the torchlight march organized by Tevgera Ciwanên Şoreşger (TCŞ) and Jinên Ciwanên Tekoşer (TekoJIN).

KASSEL
It was celebrated in Kassel with the slogan "Newroz of Freedom for Leader Apo".

The Newroz fire was lit at the celebration, which started with a minute of silence in memory of the Kurdistan Freedom Martyrs.

AMSTERDAM
Newroz was celebrated by hundreds of people in Amsterdam.

At the celebration held in the evening in Leidsplein, the people carried posters of Kurdish People's Leader Abdullah Öcalan and PKK flags.

DEN HAAG
Kurds living in Den Haag got together in Jacobastraat.

PARIS
In the Villiers le Bel suburb of Paris, Kurds and their friends celebrated by lighting the Newroz fire and dancing halay.

BERLIN

A Newroz reception was held in Berlin with the participation of political party representatives and civil society organizations.

Mehtap Erol made the opening speech of the reception organized by the Newroz organization committee.

BREMEN

A traditional Newroz march was organized by Seve Women's Council and Brati in Bremen. 

The Kurdish community and their friends attended the march.

COLOGNE

A torchlight Newroz march was held in front of Cologne Hauptbahnhof.

The march was organized by the Cologne Democratic Kurdish Association.

DARMSTADT

Hundreds of Kurds and friends attended the Newroz celebration organized by the Roza Women's Council and DKTM (Democratic Kurdish Community Center) in Darmstadt.

STRASBOURG

Newroz started with a torchlight march in Strasbourg.

The march was organized by European Youth Movements Tewgera Ciwanên Şoreşger (TCŞ) and Jinên Ciwanên Têkoşer (TekoJIN). Activists called for the Kurdish people to increase their resistance for the freedom of Kurdish People's Leader Abdullah Öcalan.

MULHOUSE

Mulhouse also saw a torchlight march organized for Newroz.

Newroz was also celebrated in Vienna, Graz and Krefeld.
