Many detained as KDP forces attack workers in Hewler
KDP Asayish attacked the protest of contract workers in Hewlêr and detained many workers.
Contract workers organised a protest demonstration in Hewlêr (Erbil), South Kurdistan at 10.00 am today to demand their rights.
KDP Asayish (local security forces) attacked the workers who gathered in front of the Council of Ministers building and detained many of them.
The crackdown on the workers is reported to be continuing.
