Kurds celebrate Öcalan’s birthday in Russia

Kurds living in the Russian capital Moscow and Tambov region celebrated the birthday of Kurdish People's Leader Abdullah Öcalan.

Kurds living in the Russian capital Moscow and Tambov region celebrated the birthday of Kurdish People's Leader Abdullah Öcalan.

The crowd gathered at the Kurdish House in Moscow and celebrated the birthday of the Kurdish leader who turned 72 on April 4.

Culîyeta Aram, the head of the International Kurdish Women's Organization (TJKN) which organized the celebrations in Moscow, said that the birthday of Abdullah Öcalan is the new birth of the Kurdish people. Aram noted that the isolation on Imrali is aimed at annihilating the free Kurd.

 

Kurds also came together in the city of Minusinsk in the Tambov region and planted saplings on the occasion of the birthday of Öcalan.

Balaxanim Fetî from Minusinsk Kurdish Assembly made a speech on behalf of the crowd that gathered at the Kurdish Culture House and wished 2021 to be the year of freedom for the Kurdish People's Leader.
