Jinên Tîrêjên Rojê Initiative claims actions in three cities

The Initiative reported that they set fire to a factory, two warehouses and 8 vehicles in the protests they organized in Sakarya, Kocaeli and Istanbul.

The Jinên Tîrêjên Rojê Initiative said that they carried out retaliatory actions in many cities to respond to the racist attack against Kurdish workers in Sakarya.

The statement said: "The fascist Turkish state, who doesn’t know what to do to counter the Kurdish Freedom Struggle, and its supporters, the fascists, are attacking the Kurds and their values. The lynching attempt in Sakarya is the latest example of this. We will fight and act against these fascist attacks. Harassment, rape and violence against Kurdish women are part of the plan to exterminate Kurds. All our people, especially our youth, should approach this process by developing their own self-defense."

In the statement, the actions carried out in three cities were listed as follows:

"On 4 September, a factory belonging to Turkish fascists in Sapanca district of Sakarya was the target of our women's units. It was burned and destroyed. In addition, 3 vehicles belonging to fascists and banks in the same neighbourhood were burned and destroyed by our units.

On 4 September, a warehouse belonging to AKP-MHP elements was burned and destroyed in Gebze district of Kocaeli.
