Military operations against ISIS have recently increased in Iraq. Yahya Resul, spokesperson of the Iraqi General Staff, announced that 8 ISIS members were killed in three separate air strikes by the country's military forces in west Saladin.

In the meantime, activities and attacks of ISIS mercenaries continue along the borders of Iraq and South Kurdistan (North Iraq).
