Five-day action demanding freedom for Öcalan in Paris

Activists will collect signatures for Kurdish leader Abdullah Öcalan’s freedom and promote his democratic, ecologic and women’s libertarian paradigm.

Kurdish activists have launched an action in the French capital Paris on Monday to demand freedom for Kurdish people’s leader Abdullah Öcalan. The action organised by the Democratic Kurdish Community Centers in Paris and suburbs is set to last five days.

The demonstrators have already collected hundreds of signatures for the physical freedom of Öcalan and handed out hundreds of leaflets promoting his philosophy and paradigm.

The action in front of the French Assembly will last from 11 am to 4 pm every day, until December 10th, Friday.
