Anti-fascism march in Düsseldorf against Turkish state's war crimes

NAV-DEM called upon everyone to participate in the march against fascism that will be held in Düsseldorf on May 8 to stop Turkish state's war crimes.

Democratic Kurdish Society Center of Germany (NAV-DEM) issued a statement announcing that a march against fascism will be held in Düsseldorf on May 8 to stop Turkish state and its policies.

In its statement, NAV-DEM said that the Turkish state governed by the AKP government and the nationalist pro-Ergenekon group has been destroying cities, supporting the savagery of ISIS and displacing tens of thousands of people as part of the ‘new order’ it has been building. NAV-DEM emphasized that the government cannot tolerate any opposition inside and outside Turkey, and has been massacring or imprisoning everyone that takes an oppositional stance against its policies.

'ERDOĞAN’S FASCISM IS BEYOND THE BORDERS OF TURKEY!'

NAV-DAM pointed out that state savagery and Erdoğan’s fascism are beyond the borders of Turkey and encourage nationalist and fascist actions that would bring chaos to Europe. NAV-DAM said that Erdoğan has been addressing ambassadors and implementing policies in Europe in order to silence the democracy bloc composed of civilians from Turkey, Kurdistan and Europe. The statement emphasized that the march pro-Ergenekon groups and AKP supporters plan to carry out on May 8 organized under the deceptive title of ‘march against terror’ aimed to legitimize the AKP government’s war crimes and massacres.

'LET'S STOP THE STATE FORCES'

In its statement, Democratic Kurdish Society Center of Germany said that its members would continue to defend democracy, equality, peace and co-existence despite the AKP regime’s attempt to pit peoples in Europe against one another through such events.

NAV-DEM called upon everyone in Germany and Europe to participate in the anti-fascism march in Düsseldorf on May 8 in order to stop Turkish state forces and their policies.
