• KCK calls on Iraq to take a stand against Turkey’s attacks and renounce the agreement with Turkey 

  In a statement on the recent attacks of the Turkish state on Iraqi and southern Kurdistan soil, KCK said that Iraq’s agreement with Turkey must be renounced and the attacks on civilians must be stopped.
• HPG pays tribute to guerrillas Guerrillas Mazlum Wan and Mordem Eylül  

  Guerrillas Mazlum Wan and Mordem Eylül were killed in the resistance against the Turkish occupation forces in the Zap region in South Kurdistan. The HPG issued an obituary for the Kurdish and Arab fighters.
• HPG guerrillas carry out actions in Zap  

  A Turkish soldier was shot dead by an HPG guerrilla on the western front of the Zap region.

  Shengal Resistance Units (YBŞ) Command commemorated the first anniversary of the martyrdom of Dindar Avesta, Çiya Feqir and Piran Pir, in an air raid carried out by the occupying Turkish state a year ago.
• HPG pays tribute to guerrillas Asrîn Bawer, Xwînda Çiya and Rustem Serhed 

  Asrîn Bawer and Xwînda Çiya were militants of the "Jin Jiyan Azadî" philosophy, Rustem Serhed joined the guerrillas from Europe. The guerrillas fell in August in the Xakurke region of South Kurdistan.
• YRK reports Turkish air strikes on Asos 

  Turkish fighter jets bombed the Asos Mountains in the Iraqi-Iranian border area, causing damage to the property of the local population.
• Turkey attacks Maxmur Camp again 

  The Maxmur refugee camp in northern Iraq has once again become the target of Turkish aerial terror. A bomb dropped by a Turkish drone landed in the garden of a house, causing property damage.

• HPG: Two Turkish soldiers were killed in Zap 

  According to the HPG, two soldiers of the Turkish occupying forces in South Kurdistan were killed in actions by the guerrillas. On the other hand, the Turkish air force bombed the Medya Defence Zones 36 times in three days.
• General strike in Eastern Kurdistan on the anniversary of the uprising 

  In Eastern Kurdistan, a general strike started on the second anniversary of the ‘Jin Jiyan Azadî’ uprising upon the call of many parties and civil society organisations, including PJAK and KJAR,
• Turkish state killed at least 81 children in South Kurdistan in 33 years 

  Community Peacemaker Teams Iraq said in a report that at least 81 children have been killed in attacks by the Turkish state in South Kurdistan since 1991.
• HPG pays tribute to guerrillas Navdar Firat, Dilovan Sîpan and Bager Çiya  

  Guerrillas Navdar Firat, Dilovan Sîpan and Bager Çiya were killed in the southern Kurdish region of Heftanîn in 2019. The HPG paid tribute to their fight against the Turkish state and ISIS.

• Iran summons 14 Kurdish teacher activists as uprising anniversary nears 

  Over the past 10 days, at least 18 Kurdish civilians have been detained in Iran ahead of the second anniversary of the popular uprising that followed the death of Kurdish woman Jina Mahsa Amini two years ago.
• Father of Jina Mahsa Amini: We will organise a memorial service on Sunday 

  The father of Jina Mahsa Amini, who was murdered by the Iranian police in custody two years ago, announced that they will organise a commemoration ceremony on Sunday.
• Central rally in Amed on 13 October to demand “Freedom for Abdullah Öcalan” 

  The Platform of Democratic Institutions announced that a central rally will be held in Amed (Diyarbakır) on 13 October to demand the freedom of Kurdish People's Leader Abdullah Öcalan.
• KNK: All MIT officers and agents involved in Bülbün killing must be brought to justice 

  A year ago, KNK representative Deniz Cevdet Bülbün was shot dead in South Kurdistan, and two of those involved in the killing were sentenced to life imprisonment. The KNK demanded that the MIT officials responsible be punished.
• HPG: 1 Turkish soldier killed, 2 army positions destroyed 

  The Turkish Air Force has bombed guerrilla areas in South Kurdistan over thirty times since Tuesday. The guerrillas are continuing their resistance and have destroyed enemy positions. One soldier was killed and others were injured.
• Iranian forces arrest mother of slain protester ahead of uprising anniversary 

  Over the past week, at least 18 Kurdish civilians have been detained in Iran as the anniversary of the ‘Jin, Jiyan, Azadi’ uprising in 2022 approaches.
• Bayindir: The government continues to implement the coup mechanism in Kurdistan 

  DBP Co-Chair Keskin Bayındır said, “The AKP-MHP government continues to implement the coup mechanism in four parts of Kurdistan instead of finding a solution to the problem and a democratic constitution.”
• Civil society organisations in Eastern Kurdistan call for a general strike 

  Political parties, civil society organisations and human rights activists from Eastern Kurdistan called for a general strike on the anniversary of Jina Amini’s murder.
