YPG Spokesman: Turkey manufacturing reasons to invade Rojava

YPG spokesperson Rêdur Xelil responded to the accusations and said that Turkey was manufacturing reasons for invading Rojava.

The Turkish state continues to accuse YPG for the bomb attack in Ankara which targeted Turkish soldiers and left 28 of them dead 2 days ago.

YPG spokesperson Rêdur Xelil spoke to ANF regarding the accusations and said that the Turkish state was aiming to invade Rojava and accomplish what its proxy war has failed to do. Xelil emphasized that they never attacked Turkey but the Turkish state portrayed YPG as an enemy because of its hostility to Kurdish people.

'TURKISH STATE AIMING TO ACCOMPLISH WHAT ITS PROXY WAR COULD NOT'

Highlighting that YPG and Rojava had nothing to do with the attack in Ankara, Xelil recalled the recent Turkish bombardment of Rojava which -he said- was aiming to accomplish what its proxy war has failed to do. Xelil noted that the gangs supported by Turkey were on the brink of defeat and the Turkish state’s plan to invade Rojava was connected with this imminent defeat.

'THE US DID NOT TAKE ANKARA’S ACCUSATIONS SERIOUSLY'

Xelil described Turkey’s bombardment of Rojava as provocation and said that the US did not take Ankara’s accusations seriously.
